"I have to be honest and say that it is an awesome work out.  It is the type that makes you feel like ‘why am I doing this to myself’ at the time but as soon as it is over I am so glad I did it and feel great…It is the perfect combination of cardio and light weight training.  Matt pushes you but also lets you know you need to know your limits!!  It is usually that extra push that makes me run the extra lap that if I were by myself I would just walk it.  The group of people in the group help a ton also.always encouraging one another and though it is an intense workout we definitely can laugh (even if Matt tells us to focus, I think he knows it shows we enjoy what we are doing).  I definitely have a lot more energy than before and can do a lot more than I could 4 weeks ago and I have worked with a different trainer for some time before the boot camp.  I would encourage anyone to join in it and challenge themselves!!"

I first want to say Thank you for taking the time to put a program like this together. It has helped me push through the tough times where I just wanted to quit.
